In Internet Explorer:
Open up Tools–>Internet Options
Goto Security tab and click on Local Intranet then select Custom Level under Security Level for this Zone.
Scroll to the Miscellaneous section and “Display mixed content” and change from Prompt to Enable.
Save and exit. Restart Explorer.
If it doesn’t work with Local Intranet zone, try making the same changes for other zones as well and test it out.
