Entourage 2008 and Exchange Server 2003
You can send email and it shows in your Sent items.
You can receive email on your cell phone.
In your Inbox however, no new email is showing up!
This is simply the Entourage cache filling up and not accepting any new items. It really should warn you before it does this…
Anyway, the fix is to empty the cache.
Open up Entourage. Click on the Inbox and then select Properties and empty the cache.
It will re-synchronize the items in your inbox from that which is on the server.
You’re done.
