Using the MagicJack+ device.
Hooked it up to a computer and registered.�
Picked up the phone and got dial tone but when I tried a call it gave me Error 23.
Changed to another router and same error this time happens before giving any dial tone.

The main window of the software says “Please connect to the Internet and double click here [error 3]” but when I do so it just goes back to this screen.
Same Error 23 when trying again
