Had a user get setup with corporate email (exchange 2003) on his new Android Incredible and after he synced, his Entourage 2008 on his iMac crashed with an error about the rules file being corrupt.
Here is the fix:
To resolve this issue, you must re-create the Rules file for your identity:
1. Goto your Identity folder and move or rename the Rules file in it. This folder can
be found under:
Hard disk:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Microsoft Office 2008
Identities:Your Identity Folder
2. Start Entourage or Outlook Express.
3. Re-create your Rules.
