This error led me to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/155666Â which said that you should reinstall the Data Access components of MS Access.
I had never selected them in the first place so I simply ran setup and installed them. Works now.
Note: Doing this to fix one database problem resulted in another problem with a db using a different version of Access. I was notified later that an Access 2000 db was having problems with wizards.
 -DAO350.dll is installed by Access97, but Office 2003 installs DAO360.dll and I couldn’t uninstall it or modify it. Tried MS recommended solutions for fixing the wizard problems, but nothing worked.
Had to work around the wizards…
