This client is having problems printing. Jobs aren’t showing up. Excel won’t print unless the files are opened via the web component.
3/12/07 – Uninstalled all drivers and software for Toshiba eStudio 281c. Downloaded software from Toshiba website and installed. Error was generated which corresponded to a bad Department Code (required to print to the Toshiba). Called dealer C.O.S. California Office Supply and Roger advised to save the code on the driver directly. Opening the driver properties and clicking on Printer Preferences, then punching the code in where it said Department at the bottom of the proper tab fixed the problem. Tested with Excel and Word.
