Contacted Paychex at 714-438-4000 and spoke to Chris Lee in tech support x3069. <<Tech Support Queue is x3055>> They reset the password and I saved it on the computer.
Client was concerned because there was a “date received” showing for one company and not for another. I speculate that the one with no date was completed before the program got corrupted on 10/19/06 and the company that had a date was done after the reinstall. Spoke to Paychex and they had me check the report queue and look at the reports generated. 10/19/06 was in there for both companies, and Paychex showed that they had processed everything correctly and it was up to date. Everything was fine.
