Mercury Insurance “Agent Zone” PDF won’t open – corrupted

After login to Agent Zone, the user cannot open a PDF document.

Turned out they had Acrobat Viewer 5.1 and after an upgrade to 7.1 (done under an admin account and tested with the admin account so that proper registry data could be recorded by Acrobat) it opened correctly.

Make sure you test both the Agent Zone and also AMS to make sure the upgrade worked properly.
