This issue is related to a previous issue with a LaserJet 1000 printer that couldn’t print from AMS. The problem with AMS was solved by hooking up a redirected printer driver. This works for AMS, but Mercury doesn’t like the redirect, so the user will have to change the printer to the Laserjet 1000 when they need to print from Mercury. I advised the client to budget for a printer that is compatible with AMS directly so that we don’t have this issue in the future.
