When accessing OWA (Outlook Web Access) through either Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, sometimes the graphics will not display, and even though you can View messages, you will not have the ability to REPLY or FWD messages, or send Attachments.
8/9/06 4pm This issue is believed to be due to the SSL (secure socket layer) security settings that were applied to the Mail servers recently. The accepted fix is to add the mail server website (https://webaddress/exchange) to the Trusted Sites(IE) or Allowed Sites and site Exceptions(FF).
IE – TOOLS–>Internet Options… click Security tab, then select Trusted Sites. Click on Sites button and enter the above website in the top box and click ADD. Click OK, then OK again to get out of the Tools menu. Close and open IE and try to access OWA again.
FF – TOOLS–>Options, click Content tab. Click Allowed Sites and enter the above website in the top box and click Allow, then Close. Repeat this for both of the Exceptions buttons below the Allowed Sites. Close FF and try accessing OWA again.
