If you just had a power outage and your print spooler service is having trouble staying started, then check the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS folder…if there’s anything in there then remove it and then restart the Print Spool service. If you get an unhandled exception error when running GetASFstream, you probably corrupted it somehow and you’re going to have to reinstall. The user name domain\username specified in registry (SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS\VssAccessControl) does not map to a real user name. The entry is ignored. This error was due to a username having been deleted from the system but never deleted its VSS key. Follow this article’s advice to delete the missing username’s VSS key.

If you do not wish to have IME on your system all you have to do is goto: State–>Control Panel–>Regional and Language Options….goto Languages tab and unselect the Supplemental Language Support options.
