[KB2571621.log] In Function GetBuildType, line 1170, RegQueryValueEx failed with error 0×2 SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\OC Manager\Subcomponents\wins is Not Equal To Specified Value You have WINS turned off on this server. If you want to install the hotfix, change the value of WINS to 1 and install patch. Change back to 0 afterwards.

In most cases, the solution is to install the latest chipset drivers from the manufacturer’s website. If that doesn’t work then uninstall the chipset drivers and reinstall the latest.
