There are probably a couple issues which could cause your machine to not want to staple or do other Finishing operations, but the first thing you should check is the Configuration of the Driver for the printer on whatever workstation or Server it’s being shared from or is installed on.
- Start–>Printers & Faxes
- Right-click the printer and select Properties
- Select the Configuration tab
- Look for Output Tray Options and select what kind of Finisher it has.
- Click OK
- Try to print the document again.
