i8042prt failed to start.

This driver is used for PS/2 Mouse and Keyboard operations. Some people suggest installing the latest drivers for your attached mouse/keyboard, but really this error can be ignored completely without consequence.  It just indicates that you are using USB devices and not PS/2 devices.
