Check your Firewall and make sure that Port 123 is Open.
Computer won’t startup – Halt on mup.dll

Had a computer that wouldn’t startup. Kept rebooting and the Keyboard was locked up as well. To get the keyboard back I reset the BIOS to defaults. Then tried to startup in Safe Mode, but it was halting on the MUP.DLL line. I thought it might be tied to hard disk errors or an issue [...]
