Unable to apply Service Pack 2 for XP Pro

Computer wasn’t taking the application of Service Pack 2 for Windows XP very well. Internet Explorer prints only blank frames

Product: Internet Explorer 6 Cannot print text from sites such as MSN, only prints blank frames. 7/7/06 – Highlight the text, then, instead of clicking the Printer Icon in IE, instead go to File–>Print and click the option “Selection” on the lower left. This will print the highlighted info only.
